I would 100% recommend Beechwood! they have been nothing but helpful and professional from start to finish! I have now purchased 2 caravans from them and their customer service is second to none, its small details they add make a really big difference - choice of new awning, new leisure battery, wheels locks, tow covers etc... they really do go the extra mile! all this and  they offered me the best trade in price by far for my old van! thank you again!

We approached Beechwood Leisure and asked if they would buy our Touring Caravan from us as we were having to give up Caravanning after 40 years due to my Husband's Ill Health. Not a problem,  so I returned with it the following week. After a quick look round it Edward was happy to pay me the provisional price we had agreed. Picked up my Coachman Pastiche yesterday. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, every question answered, honest family business who looked after me.Knowledgeable on all aspects of touring, living off grid technical information, nothing was too much trouble. The hand over went smoothly everything was operating and all questions answered.Liam makes a nice cup of tea which was welcome after a long journey.!!Congratulations Edward you have an excellent team.Would not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

Brilliant Service

Great service from this family-run business. From our initial inquiry which included a part exchange right through to the collection of our new caravan was first class. Edward and Matt very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, even helped us out when our water hose didnt fit our new van. I must also mention Andy who was superb at demonstrating how our new van worked, as it had extra bits which we didn't previously have. I would highly recommend Beechwood Leisure.

First class service. Pleasant and informative but in no way pushy. On collection someone takes you through all aspects of your van . After sales help with any issue is second to none.
